Register

Transfers:

You are able to make your own transfers and upgrades/downgrades by logging on to your Race Roster account through the dashboard.  These changes can be made until September 18, 2020. After  September 18th, all changes must be done at the Info Booth at the expo.

Transfer to a friend:

If you would like to transfer your registration to a friend AND you registered through Race Roster you can do so by following this link. All transfers are charged a fee of $15 plus HST and a processing fee.

If you used Running Room to register please contact us by email for further instructions on transferring your registration to a friend.

Transfer race distance:

To upgrade or downgrade your distance follow this link if you registered via Race Roster.  There is a transfer charge of $15 plus HST and a processing fee. Running Room registrants can contact us by email for upgrades or downgrades.  There will be a transfer fee.  No refunding the difference if downgrading your event and if upgrading you will receive a credit for the original registration fee and pay the new fee.

Refund Policy:

Registration fees are non-refundable and no deferrals are offered.
