Can I change my event?

Yes you can; follow these steps accordingly to transfer sub-events:

  1. Sign in to your Race Roster Account.
  2. Click ‘view registration’ for the event and then ‘transfer’.
  3. Click ‘Transfer to a new sub-event’.
  4. Choose a new sub-event and then ‘Start Transfer’.
  5. Fill in the information for new registration.

When upgrading, you will receive your previous registration payment as a credit to use for the new registration fee. A $15 transfer fee will be applied.

When downgrading, you do not receive a refund for the difference in registration fees. A $15 transfer fee will be applied.

Can I get a refund or transfer my registration?

For all 2022 entries (including deferrals), registration fees are non-refundable, and no deferrals to 2023 are offered.

  • You may transfer to another sub event
  • You may transfer to a friend
  • You may participate virtually

Please do NOT contact us with regards to a refund or deferral.

Contact info@oakvillehalfmarathon.com if you are choosing to run virtually.

If there is a medical reason that limits your participation proof will be required.

Registrations are transferable prior to the established deadline and are subject to a fee. To transfer your registration to a new participant, follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to your Race Roster Account.
  2. Click ‘view registration’ for the event and click ‘transfer’.
  3. Click ‘Transfer to new participant’.
  4. Enter the email address of the transfer recipient.
  5. The individual receiving the transfer will now get an email with further instructions to complete the transfer.

A $5 transfer fee will be applied to the recipient of the registration. Payment of the registration fee to the original participant is strictly a peer-to-peer transaction and is not done through Race Roster.

 

Can I register on race day?

Sorry. There is no race day registration for any of our events.
