Is there a cut off time for the half marathon?

Road closures and course management is based on maximum pace of 9 minutes per kilometer. If this pace is not maintained you may be asked to move onto the sidewalk and obey the rules of a pedestrian.

Are there pacers for the half marathon?

Yes, they are provided by the Running Room. An example of pacing is as follows:
– 1:35
– 1:40
– 1:45
– 1:50
– 1:55
– 2:00 Continuous
– 2:00 Run/Walk
– 2:05
– 2:10
– 2:15
– 2:20
– 2:25

Are strollers allowed on course?

For the safety of everyone no strollers or baby joggers are permitted.

Are there port-o-potties on course?

Yes. Port-o-potties will be located at the aid stations as well as at the start/finish area.

Are the courses certified?

Our courses are not certified however they are accurately measured to the metre.
